I am thinking about making an elementalist in factions. But will i still be able to buy prophecies armor? Please help!

yes, but you will have to travel the the town where it can be crafted and you will need the factions account linked to a prophecies account to do this.

yeah cos 15k luxon ele armour sucks it looks like a carpet from the 50s
